We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Cash. Venmo and PayPal have a 15% processing fee if used for the remaining balance payoff.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable for up to 1 year to another litter or puppy. Refunds are only issued if Perfect Paw Pups cancels due to a verified issue.

How much is the deposit?

Deposits vary by breed and pick order, ranging from $200 to $800 depending on the puppy.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due at pickup. Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo or PayPal (with a 15% fee) are accepted.

Do I need to take my puppy to the vet?

Yes. A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 7 days of pickup.

Are puppies vaccinated?

Yes. Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before going home.

Do you offer lifetime support?

Yes. We provide lifetime breeder support for every family.

How do I reserve a puppy?

A deposit is required to reserve your puppy and remove them from all listings.

Can I choose my puppy in person?

Yes. We offer scheduled visits once puppies reach a safe age.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We offer local pickup, Texas-wide delivery, and nanny delivery options.

When can puppies go home?

Puppies go home at 8 weeks old.

What breeds do you offer?

We specialize in Maltese, Shih-Tzu, and Mal-Shi puppies.

Are your puppies hypoallergenic?

Maltese and Mal-Shi puppies are considered low-shedding and allergy-friendly.

What size will my puppy be?

Most of our puppies grow to 6–10 lbs depending on gender and genetics.
