How We Raise Our Puppies

Our puppies are raised inside our home in a clean, nurturing, never‑caged environment. They are part of our family from day one.

Our Mission

To welcome Maltese and Mal‑Shi lovers into the Perfect Paw Pups family through a thoughtful, interviewed adoption process — and to raise puppies with love, devotion, and transparency.

Perfect Paw Pups was founded by Aubrey Hutchins, who moved to Houston in 2001 after a long career in the wireless industry. In 2007, after adopting a Shih Tzu named Victoria, our family discovered the rare and beautiful Mal‑Shi breed — and everything changed.

We decided to create a loving, home‑based breeding program dedicated to Maltese and Mal‑Shi puppies. That’s when Perfect Paw Pups was born.
