These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies for adopting a puppy from Perfect Paw Pups. By placing a deposit or adopting a puppy, you agree to the terms listed below. Our goal is to ensure a transparent, fair, and supportive experience for every family.

PUPPY RESERVATION & DEPOSITS
How Reservations Work
A $200 - $800 deposit is required to reserve your place in line for an upcoming litter or available puppy. Deposits:
• Are non‑refundable
• Are transferable for up to 1 year
• Apply directly to your total balance
• Determine your pick order
Families choose their puppy in the order deposits are received.

Female Maltese $2800
Female Mal-Shi $1600
Deposit: (reserves your puppy)

Deposits are applied toward the total price and secures your puppy immediately.
HEALTH GUARANTEE TERMS
Our Commitment to Your Puppy’s Well‑Being
Your puppy comes with:
• 7‑Day General Health Guarantee
• 1‑Year Genetic Guarantee
• 2‑Year Extended Genetic Guarantee
• 5‑Year Congenital Guarantee (Replacement Puppy Only)
To keep your guarantee valid, you must:
• Have your puppy examined by a licensed vet within 7 days.
• Maintain proper care, nutrition, and vaccinations.
• Avoid public exposure before vaccinations are complete.

DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICIES
Pickup in Humble, Texas
All pickups occur in Humble, TX at a safe, easy‑to‑find meeting location. Pickup times are scheduled individually.
Flight Nanny Delivery
We offer nationwide in‑cabin delivery through a trusted flight nanny. Delivery fees:
• Are non‑refundable once booked
• Vary by destination
• Must be paid before the puppy boards the flight
Your puppy always travels in‑cabin, never in cargo.
OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
When Ownership Begins
Ownership transfers to the buyer when:
• The puppy is picked up in person, or
• The puppy is handed to the flight nanny for delivery
At that moment, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy’s care, safety, and well‑being.
TRANSFERS & CREDITS
Flexible Options for Families
We allow families to transfer their deposit or payment to:
• A future litter
• A different puppy
• A different breed (if available)
Transfers are valid for 12 months from the original deposit date.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICIES
Clear, Fair, and Consistent
• Deposits: Non‑refundable, transferable for 1 year
• Payments: Non‑refundable
• Delivery Fees: Non‑refundable once booked
• Health Guarantee: Replacement puppy only
Refunds Are Only Issued If:
Perfect Paw Pups cancels the adoption due to a verified health concern or breeder‑related issue.

BREEDER RIGHTS
To protect the safety and well‑being of our puppies, Perfect Paw Pups reserves the right to:
• Refuse an adoption
• Cancel a reservation (with refund if breeder‑initiated)
• Delay pickup or delivery if the puppy is not ready
• Deny placement if we feel it is not in the puppy’s best interest
BUYER AGREEMENT
By adopting a puppy from Perfect Paw Pups, you agree to:
• Provide proper care, nutrition, and veterinary attention
• Maintain a safe, loving environment
• Avoid rehoming the puppy without contacting us first
• Follow all health and safety guidelines provided
